We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Simone Pérèle lingerie; if your purchase isn't quite right, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, please ensure all tags remain attached and items are tried on over your own undergarments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with all original labels and protective packaging into the shipping box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
